  2. Review titled Disheartened

Rated 1 star out of 5

I didn’t think I could feel any worse but what a disappointing service. Cold nurse with no empathy, been told I need to come back in 2 weeks as nothing appearing on as said I’m ‘too early’, furthering my pregnancy and distress. They took a positive pregnancy test but disregarded it, told I need to wait and even then it may not be long enough. All I wanted was help and help quickly but told I have to wait until I’m further along is heartbreaking and impacted me more than I think they care about. It’s a shame when you want help but are made to feel helpless even more.

  3. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

From the initial telephone contact to face to face appointment I cannot fault this service. Staff were friendly, non judgemental and most importantly caring throughout. I required telephone support in between my telephone consultation and face to face which was also fantastic and very supportive. The receptionist was friendly and warm and the midwife who provided the consultation was caring and informative, I felt at ease throughout such an upsetting consultation. I would highly recommend this service. I was shocked to read the poor reviews hence felt compelled to leave my honest review of my recent experience at the Burton clinic.
