All staff at Moorfields eye clinic at Ealing hospital were very friendly and extremely professional. The doctor in particular who saw my mum at the clinic as a follow up appointment after cataract surgery is an asset to the NHS. The lady was so friendly and warm and very professional. She explained everything slowly and clearly. It’s unfortunate that not all staff at hospitals are as friendly as both my mum and myself today. I hope the doctor and all the staff are made aware about this feedback. This visit was on (10/01/24)

I had a followup series of eye tests at Moorfields today. The staff were professional, caring, respectful and incredibly kind. The best I have encountered. Please make my comments know to them. Garth Hudson

My right eye cataract surgery was carried out by a Romanian female surgeon and a surgeon colleague. Checking in was smooth. The nurses upon reception are extremely caring and thorough in their procedures. The surgery itself was carried out professional without any complaints and great results. To avoid bias, my doctorates are not in medicine or medical related disciplines. I am ready now for the left eye treatment. Dr Wolf Vierich
