   I had an emergency eye op while away and was told I needed to be checked within seven days, I contacted Moorfields Bedford and told would get a call back, never did, when I called and on hold and cut off a few wines for one and half hours , the receptionist said call back as the person I spoke to wasn’t there, I hadn’t told her my name or when I called! Finally said my appointment was in three weeks, when I pointed out my surgeon said I need to be seen within seven days she said Did I want to cancel the appointment??!! I said passing the phone to my wife as I am partially deaf and she hung up! Every other receptionist I spoke to that day was kind helpful and professional, the one at Moorfields Bedford was t !!
