   We always seem to get an appointment for the same day if we ring at 8.30 and the GP's are friendly, patient and understanding. The only negative is the attitude of one of the receptionists who makes no attempt to hide her 'huffs,' 'puffs' and 'tuts' and has a very rude phone manner.
