  1. Review titled Very Unwelcoming and rude staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

On 1st impressions, was questioned about why i was exempt on wearing a face mask especially as the nation had stopped it all and as a mental health unit they should of known better? also the assessor treated me with disrespect & felt i wasn't really listened to. the best is yet to come? She turns to my partner and says " if he lived with me i would have to put him in another room" how rude and very unprofessional to say the least. my partner told her that we were not happy with that comment she apologised but end of the day it should not of been said in the first place. to be honest it was a very uncomfortable session and for a mental health unit i find it very unacceptable.

  2. Review titled Absolute disgusting behaviour of staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

This building is always empty and staff are just sat around talking. On this occasion when we brought our son to see mental health team they made us wait outside in the windy cold temperatures in the rain for her to come, rather than letting us sit in the waiting room which has been empty the whole time with no one coming or going apart from staff. This was after government guidelines had changed. Previously we have been let in and was allowed to wait in the waiting area when covid guidelines were strict so this is nothing to do with that. So to say this building specialised in mental health but is happy for you to stand in the freezing wet conditions rather than a waiting room speaks for itself and clearly have no duty of care to the patients
