I was in hospital earlier this week due to my health deteriorating. I got told I needed an urgent appointment with my psychiatrist. The Marlows won't comply and I'm now still very unwell suffering. The duty team was rude and unless to my mum. They haven't offered any solutions just more problems. I need to be seen and have a medication review like I was promised by the depo team instead I have been disregarded by everyone at this centre and now I don't know what to do

I attended the podiatry service and found the standard very good. The main reception was outstanding the lady treated all patients with respect and was felling she had empathy with the many that were struggling.
