    Worst surgery, made me wait for more than 40 minutes for my appointment, I had to cancel at the end and go, awful Experience

    First of all, just getting through on the phone is a pain. I've been the 'number 1' in the queue multiple times and still end up waiting over 5 mins for someone to answer. Secondly, I am missing important medication for over a week now because no one is doing anything to help. I called 3 separate times to get an alternative prescription arranged as they'd run out of stock everywhere for my usual one. Each time I called I was told I would recieve a call back. Not once was I called back. Not just that, but each time I called they clearly had absolutely no idea what was going on and I had to reiterate the entire story every single time, so clearly no notes are being made and no doctors are being spoken to. I have been with the surgery since I was a child, and it's only gotten worse and worse. I have no idea how it hasn't been investigated yet.

    Has a new patient to this surgery , I can honestly say I am impressed. This Practice provides Care for both myself and two children. Everything so far as been spot on , from booking tests to impromptu telephone calls for urgent prescriptions. The receptionists are friendly and super efficient this included tracing an prescription delivery address for me , which was in place with my previous GP surgery. Not only this , I find the practice to be both modern and spacious with ample enough parking. I've read some unkind feedback on here , which prompted me to write this review . As I have nothing but good to speak about Marks Gate Heath Centre. Thank you for providing a great service.
