   My 96 year old mother recently hard a fall at home where she lives alone. It was very traumatic for her as for all the family The GP visited the following day and thoroughly checked her over allowing her to stay at home after we explained that she has a phobia of hospitals The care and support we have received has been excellent from the Community centre manager (iMaghull ) in particular who in our opinion went above and beyond her role and arranged for District Nurse visits for my mum we cannot thank her enough, and also helped us with all of our inquiries over the past few weeks. The district nurses we understand are an award winning team and we are extremely grateful that we have experienced that first hand they are truly amazing my mum loves to see them and they make her feel safe and secure in the knowledge they are caring for her. Inadequate as it is we want to say thank you to each and every one of the people who have helped us the word angels is all I can think of to describe these kind, caring and selfless individuals and I don’t know what we as a family or indeed us all as a nation would do without them Thank you from the bottom of my heart On behalf of all my family
