I went to Ludlow minor injuries as I had a head injury after been assaulted at work. I arrived at 19:50 and pressed the bell for assistance. Two nurses came to the door, one with a bag in her hand. I asked are you still open and one nurse replied “yes but only for a few minutes, we are just about to leave, what’s you problem?” I began to say I’ve been assaulted and the nurse interrupted me and said “Oh no, we’re not doing that”. She didn’t give me chance to say I’ve been punched in the back of the head and have a headache and a pain in my eye and blurred vision. Just turned me away.
