  2. Review titled Quick response

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I phoned the practice to get a non urgent appt fully expecting to be told I would have to phone back tomorrow as I am aware of their policy of only booking appts on the day. I was no. 1 in the queue and was deal with in a friendly manner and was given an appt for the following day! Although it is at a sister practice. I am taking this as a sign that things are improving at Lordswood

Wonderful, careful & skilful work from the lovely nurse at my home today, taking out some difficult stitches in my hand. (I had fallen onto a glass of water a week previously). Please pass on my thanks for the kind help. So grateful for the excellent response to my call.
