   I have been with this practise for over 2 years and have had only positive experiences with the Gynie team. I have now resorted to trying to sort my own mental health care privately due to poor level of support at practise and borough level and even now, when I will no longer be a burden to the system, they have created a factory to justify positions of power, having handed a form in (they dont accept emails), staff didn't know what to do with, I was called back to be told I had to book an appointment to be assessed for the form to be completed, I would then have to return to the practise to pay my £30 fee and then once the fee was paid I would be called to return a 4th time to collect the form
