I have a condition called pterygium, my eyes are red and in pain every day with a sensation of burning. At this clinic, I was told I was on the waitlist for the surgery, months and months passed, and I kept calling the Surgery to know the date of my surgery, they kept telling me I was on the list and because they were busy it would take time to give me the date, my eyes were very painful, so I booked to see a doctor, then I was told that this clinic does not perform Pterygium surgery, is this for real? after all this waiting, now they are telling me that the surgery does not perform this type of surgery!!!? What is wrong with these people, why to put people in so much pain for nothing!?

I just called to get an X ray referal for my husband. The receptionist extremely rude not listening shouting and put the phone down. I was trying to explain I don't need an appointment I need the doctor just to write an X ray referal and leave in reception. You are treated like rubbish. The date when I call is 19/05/2023 hope management read this and do some improvements with customers service is rubbish.

My son is not well, we can't take him to A&E because it's not life threatening but he is in constant pain. We have been trying to contact this practice for 2 days now and we cannot. Their phone number is not working, the pachs app is working, and the patient access is allowing to book applications. So can someone tell me what this surgery is for?
