    Despite being under the mental health team and having a named CPN. They haven't contacted me once. Also, the reception very rarely/never answer the phone. Its almost impossible to get to speak to the duty team or my CPN. I had a bit of a crisis last week and they still haven't touched base with me. Its scary having a mental illness and needing their support/care but, knowing they aren't able to provide it.
