    After minor outpatient surgery at the Countess, I have had follow up care at the surgery. I have nothing but praise for the nursing and reception teams, they have been excellent.

    text from surgery to arrange a blood test could not get though on phone all ways in a que went to the surgery made appointment met the said appointment time and day .tried to obtain results again 3/4/5 days later on tel again always waiting in a que shocking poor service should be ashamed I've given up now they can contact me if they what me to attend again and I have been registerd at this practice 40 yrs .
