   I booked an online covid booster and then totally forgot. On the day of the appointment exactly an hour after I was due the reception team rang to enquire if I was ok and was I still coming in. I apologised profusely and said I can do yes… By this time it was 5.30pm. They advised me to come in and they would still give me the booster. Within 4 minutes of booking myself in at reception - and apologising once again, I was seen by the dispensing paramedic and left with both my covid booster and my flu jab. Superb service and without the follow up call to enquire if I was ok, I would have gone without. Always friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, explaining everything as they go. A superb practice here in rural Shropshire.
