I was greeted by a smiling receptionist who booked me in. I had to have minor surgery which I was really stressed about. The doctor and nurse were both lovely and made me very comfortable and relaxed and talked to me the whole time to take my mind off what I was having done. They always look after me and listen when I have to visit even for just a routine check up. They go out of their way and show such kindness it truly is very special and will make any anxious patient feel calm when attending an appointment. Thank you so much.

I’m so grateful to be with this GP surgery. I have complex medical conditions and they go above and beyond to help and support me. The receptionists are so lovely and helpful with any query. I can always get an appointment, and my doctor really listens to me and supports me which really makes a difference.

I was contacted by a GP within one day and my problem was resolved. An additional doctor also text me the same evening with a link to read, regarding the conversation I had. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the GP about my situation and the quick response to my issues. I know the problems GP practices are facing now but I can honestly say I had a good experience and my issues were resolved.

This is by far the worse practice by far, won't see you even if you can't wear a mask, this in 2023 now not 2020, if you try to question it explaining you are exempt from wearing a mask they get very rude, even hospitals let people in. Also told me they are very busy, but always see the nurse etc outside smoking with others. They sooner send you to A&E to be looked at than deal with you. Don't need this at 74.
