Our visit was handled punctually and efficiently. I gather from my wife that the practitioner was informative and his kind demeanour made a huge difference. I stayed in the carpark and was a bit shocked by the predatory behaviour of the car park attendant. He drove into the area at great speed and the impression I had was he knew exactly what time to check the disabled spaces. Sadly an elderly couple, also with 13:00 appointments had forgotten to display their blue badge and he immediately issued a ticket. I mentioned to him that they were just inside, but my words were ignored in his haste to get away, doing so in a dangerous manner. It was sad that the kind and devoted service offered to your patients was so cruelly compromised by such inhuman behaviour.
