    It has taken multiple calls over multiple days to try and get a GP to come visit a patient that is on palliative care only for the GP to say the are going to prescribe a course of medication and then not do it. I have then had to spend several more on the phone to try and get a GP to come see the patient again for them to not send one and to put a phone call in with the GP. I provided the best contact number for the GP to call as the patient does not have the best understanding of what is going on due being on palliative care and this was not followed through. More phone calls and more hours on the phone to be told they can put a request through to the GP and this can take 48-72 hours. No apology or empathy from the staff. They really don’t care. The service I not adequate or for for purpose.

    Very comprehensive care covering matters I did not expect or ask about prior great advice for contacts , and alternatives to just adminasting endless tablets .I look forward to my next appointment.Simply thumbs up.
