    The Drs and reception staff are excellent. The big negative is the dreadful appointment system . I turned up to to join a queue of 22 people this morning at 7.50. I was in pain and many others in the queue looked so ill that waiting outside in the cold Was almost barbaric . Lucky for me I managed to get the last telephone appointment, but many others were told to come back tomorrow. The telephone booking system is nearly impossible . You can spend such a long time in a queue without achieving a result .I knew last Friday that I had to talk to a Dr urgently about my blood test result but the system will not allow me to book an appointment for the Monday when the Dr was there . Instead I had to stand for at least 30 minutes . As I previously said the Drs and reception staff are excellent but the whole experience is let down by a very poor system.
