   It took an hour for anyone to answer my call then being told there was no appointments to book until 1st week in April but if I rang at 8 o'clock on a morning I might get a same day appointment but not guaranteed, why do they not leave this message on the answer phone so people will not have to wait for an answer to hear there are no appointments
