I had no top on .and some one open the door .and there was screen up the door .and I felt embarrassed.

Due to a communication confusion, I turned up for an appointment a day late. However, after waiting a mere half hour, I was seen by a nurse (leg ulcer clinic) and attended to for about an hour. This may have reduced her lunch break . The nurse was brilliant and the service was ‘above and beyond the call of duty’. In the confusion I cannot recall her name, but had to make public my gratitude.

The staff we great polite and extremly professional the nurse who dealt with me was the most professional well spoken and treated me excellant wish she could teach the staff at whipps Cross hospital will go back to them in a heart beat and trust them with my life

Visited for spirometry testing, what an incredible health centre. Friendly professional staff team, clean and spacious facilities. A fantastic experience, thank you.
