   Within 5 minutes of talking to a staff member of this ward, I felt relief after my daughter was admitted to another mental health ward. I thought I had left her in prison, turned out. It was very close after making a few complaints. They decided the ward was not suitable for my daughter and got her transferred I was worried that this new ward would be the same or even worse, but I was wrong. I feel my daughter is now in a safe and caring supportive system. I hope this continues.
