   I turned up for my appointment at 15.40 but was informed my appointment was 14.40. As the appointment was made over the phone I could not provide any appointment card. The receptionist told me the podiatrist refused to see me. I tried to explain that I was diabetic and could not wait for an a new .Appointment but to no avail. What really upset me was that the receptionist got up from her chair to talk to her 3 colleagues (who were doing nothing but chatting amongst themselves) of my predicament . I Would never go back to this so called health centre, even if I was dying. I left the place in tears, staff in the podiatry department had a “could not care less” attitude.
