   The 8o clock rush to try and get an appointment is herrondous. You simply can't get through. I once managed to get through, booked an appointment. Then the next week I get a call saying I'll have to change it because the nurse is unavailable! I've had to rearrange all my work appointments to Rebook. Another appointment and trying to get through at 8. Re prescription. Apparently issued but pharmacy say nothing received! Try to get through at 8, could not get through, waited 40 mins. Rang back at 6, was 1in queue and on hold for half hour then get cut off! Worst surgery ran like a banana Republic! Not fit for purpose.
