Review titled Very kind and welcoming
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Candida Rom - Posted on 13 May 2025
My GP referred me to this service and I was down to 1.5 bottles of wine per day from 2 bottles. I could not see a way to get control no matter what family support I got. This service was brilliant. It really made me focus on what I wanted to achieve and that I had to be responsible for doing that. I’m now discharged on less than 14 units per week and I would refer myself back to them if I were to fall off the wagon. Thank you Inclusion for rescuing me.

Review titled Left completely alone to cope after change of key worker
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Dr Elizabeth Humphreys - Posted on 11 January 2024
I had 18-24 months phone support, which was amazing. My key worker then changed and I was informed that phone support was no longer possible. I have a number of disabilities which make in person support difficult. I explained this, but support appears to have been cut off. Feeling so rubbish now, isolated and blaming it on my own disabilities, which then feeds my addiction.
