    No staff, never answer phonecalls or messages, promises of callbacks when complaints are made also never materialise. Long wait times, they repeatedly Ignore Dr's contact attempts & 3rd party agency interactions citing poor staff levels & sickness. Utterly disgraceful.

    Initial appointment went well but downhill since then. Discharged for not attending therapy despite lengthy phonecalls explaining why I couldn't attend those dates. Rang up to discuss discharge to be told I'd receive a call back. Several months later and still no call back so I ring them to be told I have to go through my gp, triage and mental health assessment again. Seems to me like they just want to get rid of patients as soon as they can to lower the number on their waiting list. Thanks for your lack of support after diagnosing me with multiple mental health problems
