    After changing my husbands medication, you gave him no support at all, his cpn was dismissed and he wasn't given another on except over the telephone, he's had no support what so ever, no wonder he's in St George's hospital, disgusting service.

    I have been with Horninglow Clinic for 4 years and it has been great for the majority of time. Recently though this last month I have lots of trouble with my regular routine prescription and have been allowed to run out of stock forcing me to contact emergency out of hours doctors and paying 3 times for a monthly prescription due to negligence of the doctor. I still am being prescribed only part of my prescription as my prescription is a three monthly prescription and has been for the last four years. Now is not the ideal time due to shortages of my medication due to manufacturing problems. I have asked for advice coming off the tablets but have had no response with that either. I have had no other problems, it has only been this last month. My usual doctor is extremely good and the receptionists are extremely helpful and understanding but I have been let down significantly this month with something as important as my prescription.
