Booked a physio appointment via central booking then went to see my physio few min early got booked in. After 25 m of waiting I asked if physio is running late to be told he is off sick. They offered to rebook and then girl who booked me in told me i will get a call from central booking which I never got. I don’t get why I didn’t get a call considering they sit most of the time and do nothing. And why not as the last resort tell me when I got in. People don’t come here for fun but because they need care so to treat them this way is out of order. No empathy whatsoever from people that work for NHS. Horrible service

I have had two appointments at Holloway Health Centre. Both appointments started right on time -- one was for MSK Physiotherapy and one was for Physiotherapy. I received a thorough, caring service from both medical practitioners which I am very grateful for. I was highly impressed by their professionalism. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you!

Reception staff are not helpful. They need a course in basic customer service. They struggle with empathy for the elderly. My mother was scheduled in for 2pm. She was a few minutes. Reception staff left her waiting to go beyond the 10 minute mark and then they said she has to reschedule. This would have been OK if it hadn't been for the walk to and from the clinic. She has severe mobility issues and she was sent away. Awful awful service.

It is almost impossible to reach the reception at this health centre. I called just to cancelled an appointment and spent over 20 minutes on the phone and one answered! What sort of service is this? And when they answer there is a lack of manners and empathy (this has happened before). What is the health centre doing in regards to this, why they cannot hire someone professional to work at reception. Also there is no email address to reach this health centre making it very difficult to contact them.
