   I dropped my 89 year old mother at the clinic last week. She was fine with this, and said she didnt need me. She later came out and cried as she was made to feel useless. this was due to her not being able to find her year of birth in the login system, and no-one was available to assist. Mum said there were other people who had not logged in before her. To cap this experience, when she left the clinic, she was unable to understand the instructions to "wave at the pad" somewhere on a wall and had to wait for someone to show her where the 'pad' was and what to do. Ridiculous that a health centre signage is so poor !
