Most of the staff, from the reception team to the GPs are uncaring, arrogant and give little to no concern about vulnerable patients. During any interactions with the practice, patients are made to feel they are the problem and simple queries result in poor excuses or simply go unanswered. This worsening pattern of incompetence makes the surgery a awful place to deal with.

Phone first thing in the morning. 8th in qué. Once answered get told no more appointments this morning. So you only have 7 appointment slots in the morning do you?? All doctors are a waste of time nowadays. Why do you think the general population misuse A&E now? Utter shambles.
