    I have been with this practice for about 30yrs and I've never known it be so bad as it is now, you can't phone up to get a appointment you get told to go on website and go on Ask my gp but you have to make sure it before 10am as you can only put request in between 6am-10am which i think is ridiculous. Friends of mine at other surgeries can phone and get appointment to see a doctor face to face which is how it should be I do not see who someone can diagnose someone over a telephone. When it was lockdown fair enough but not now, you can see dentists, opticians, hospital appointments but not my gp which I don't agree with. And when u do go on ask my GP you ask for a face to face appointment but you get a telephone call instead and they just say you will hear in next 3days. This is why some go to casualty then you get them saying why have you not gone to your GP well because there not seeing patients like they should be. I went on Ask my gp about my father he was a cancer patient and recently after each meal he's parting with it quickly. And I asked for a face to face thinking they could examine him etc but no he called phone call and told to go and collect form to do sample, thats not good enough. But no I wouldn't recommend it not now they need to get back to giving appointments proper appointments.

    After begging for an appointment for 2 days i got an email to say i have antibiotics waiting at the chemists. I have informed them i have some injuries due to a fall which havent been seen too now my cut has got infected how they cam still practice is beyond me

  3. Review titled trying to get an appointment

    I'm 72 and not very good with computers and trying to get an appointment is very stressful. Rang the reception they just say go online to ask my GP can't find it. Why can't they just give you an appointment there and then on the phone.
