Excellent service to day as usual. Straight in and out before our appointment time. Couldn’t have asked for better. The organisation was exceptional from arrival to leaving. My husband and I wouldlike to thank everyone that was involved with this process.

6 weeks waiting for my GP to complete a medical enquiry from the DVLA. Every week I phone up to hear a different excuse as to why it hasn’t been completed. No incentive from the surgery to act on its false promises. No way of directly raising a formal complaint with the practice manager either. Not a pleasant experience at all and I expect better from a surgery with a good reputation

Cannot praise highly enough. It was very efficient, and well organised. All staff treated me with care and respect, and were very friendly. They were thorough in ensuring I didn't have any conditions which might indicate I shouldn't have either vaccine, and advised me of possible side effects. Not exactly a 'pleasure' to attend - but they did their best to reassure
