Called 999 because my husband was in agonising sciatica pain and the prescribed painkillers etc not working. Paramedics arrived quickly and even though they felt not suitable for A and E they hung on to physically speak to the Surgery. They don't think they did anything but believe me they did. Not only did they reassure my husband but kick-started the process of him getting the help he needed. I'm sure you can trace them and please thank them. They restored my faith in the NHS c!

We had to call an ambulance 3 times last week for our seriously ill relative. They arrived promptly which is always a relief when you are concerned about your relative's health. Each time the crew were friendly, professional and compassionate to our relative who had a range of issues including dementia. They seemed to go 'above and beyond' to reassure us and support our relative. Thank you so much.

I had Hereford Ambulance service come to me in Shrewsbury after experiencing excruciating pain. There were 3 attendees and I've got to say Thank you to all of them, they were all thorough, sensitive and very professional in their approach. They made a very worrying situation a lot easier. A true example of our NHS at its best - Thank you xxx

My father collapsed on Sunday , the crew who came included a paramedic on training. They were absolutely fabulous with him and nothing was too much trouble. He was eventually taken to Worcester hospital where despite a terrible lack of space and beds he has been diagnosed and treated superbly. I'm sure the crew will recognise themselves. Dad was so grateful for their great care as were we.thankyou

Simply to express me gratitude to the team who responded to my wife's emergency call when I collapsed at home (Seizure) on 23rd August. I think you reached our Malvern residence within 5 minutes of her call and got me to WRH A&E in the fastest possible time.

I am 75 years old and have never expriencin any sort of alergic reaction.However I was stung by a wasp on 31st July and went into analpylatic shock and had to call ambulance, I cannot praise highly enough the professionalism skill and care that I received and will be ever grateful to the paramedics who attended.I would hope that you pass this commendation on to them as they were an absolute credit to your service.Thank you Vernon Langdon

Two Fabulous ladies attended our 94 year old neighbour who had fallen and cut his head badly. They were friendly, reassuring and extremely professional, a credit to the service.

We called an ambulance on a busy Saturday morning at The Country Park as my mum had collapsed, and thankfully they arrived so promptly and took complete control in a kind, compassionate and efficient manner. They continued to show complete professionalism whilst caring for my mum in the back of the Ambulance. It makes you realise what a precious service we have and this most definitely needs more investment and better pay to retain the wonderful staff, and allow them to meet all the demands made upon them! Thankyou so much.

On 13/02/23 I called the service in the early hours of the morning as I was having severe breathing difficulties. I was told that it might take an hour for an ambulance to arrive and that in the meantime somebody would call to see how I was. The ambulance arrived in less the thirty minutes with three staff on board. They quickly, calmly and reassuringly assessed me and had me on oxygen and drip in my arm. The transport to hospital took 11 minutes where I was handed over to the hospital staff. I was back home again by 0800. I am sure that I would have been in hospital longer if it had not been for the professionalism of your staff. Please pass on my thanks to them. Robert West

During these difficult times I will be forever grateful to the kind, confident & professional trio from Hereford who played a major part in saving my life on Thursday 5.1.23 in Ludlow. How many of us go home to our family and say I saved a life today? If I had done that once I would consider my life to have been worthwhile but for these brave clever paramedics it’s all in a day’s work. I hope they will see this and know that if they hadn't made the right decisions & got me to hospital so quickly I wouldn’t have made it. I’m now back home and hope to make a good recovery. Thank you.
