I have had two MRI scans at Heath Lodge and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the service. They are all incredibly warm and friendly whilst remaining extremely professional and efficient.

Following a recent fall, I again sought the service provided at Heath Lodge, of x-ray images for use by an Orthopaedic Surgeon in the treatment of my injury. The Heath Lodge service was, as I had experienced on previous occasions, both professional and skilful in every respect. The staff made great efforts to explain at every stage what was happening and why. This ensured that any anxiety on my part was reduced to a minimum. The client waiting area is clearly designed to ensure that contact between clients is minimal and inspires confidence from the outset. I have recommended Heath Lodge to others, and will continue to do so, for the excellent quality of the service and facilities provided.

Have visited twice now for MRI & X-ray. I was extremely nervous about MRI due to being claustrophobic. I was treated with kindness & empathy & put at ease from the start. My husband was allowed to be present which was a massive comfort The whole process was far less traumatic than I had imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend especially to someone like me who was fearful of the MRI procedure.

I had an MRI on my back last Wednesday, 3 August. Previous experience of an NHS MRI had left me very fearful. However, the staff at Heath Lodge were wonderful, taking time to address my fears with empathy and kindness. Without their kindness I know this would have been a much more challenging experience. Without doubt I am happy to recommend the services of this clinic. Thank you again to all the staff who cared for me so well.

I was very impressed with all aspects of the care my son received, he is eight and the prospect of going to a clinic in unfamiliar surroundings must have been a little overwhelming even for a boy who on the outside seems confident and take most things in his stride. The staff immediately put him at ease, discussed the whole process with him. The diagnosis was made and a referral to GP within mins of us leaving the clinic. This enabled the next stage of treatment to be planned and processed very promptly. George underwent surgery 8 weeks after his scan and is now three weeks into recovery, he is doing extremely well. Walking without crutches and building strength in his knee. We are extremely grateful to the staff at Heath Lodge Clinic for their care and professionalism which played a vital role in George’s treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the services of Heath lodge clinic
