   I was almost put off visiting this practical by a couple of the reviews I read. My experience however was all of the staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful and I was very happy with the treatment I received

2. Review titled poor practice

   I went for a blood test. we were hearded in a room like school children some people had to stand.she shouted us in one by one.Although we all had appointments they were not used. Poor hygiene.Didnt wipe the chairs down after use. Bad practice She said she was to busy.

   I’ve just tried to get help from them as I’m having palpitations and my heart rate is high. The triage nurse didn’t care at all, I came out of there still not having a clue what to do. I got home and called the reception and explained the situation. Rather than helping she decided to argue and disregard my request for my heart rate reading. Imagine arguing with a patient who is clearly having some issue with their heart!! Disgusting
