    Friday before Christmas close relative phoned to speak to their contact for next steps. Was promised a call back. No idea of who or when, considering he is on a dementia journey we are perplexed to understand the lack of information, care plan contact details etc. is this the way to deal with vulnerable old folk? He’s sitting by phone waiting a call, presume he’ll wait till New Year??

It must be very upsetting for the family that your loved one hasn’t received the care and attention they should have received from our service, and I thank you for taking time to write this review.     Needed to discuss follow up memory test but didn't have a current contact name. Spoke to Harland Centre and very efficient operator worked with me to put me in contact with the right person to speak to. Very well done and thank you.
