    Having been in such a Great amount of pain the only thing is to say is thank you again. The dentists here are so professional and compassionate. Every step of the way I was supported through my treatment. I felt no pain and never once felt rushed! Wonderful service by wonderful professional staff. Thank you.again

    After the interrogation and very rude response from the main reception desk on arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the professional approach from the Dentist department thank you for your service. Unfortunately the staff at the main reception desk need a little extra training in customer service and how to use their manners towards general public. Treating people as they would like to be treated their selves.rather than treating people like the last patient who possibly was not respectful towards them.these positions require professional and caring people not stereotypical staff. They Are letting the whole service down with their attitude towards patients. Thankfully they weren’t responsible for the extraction of my tooth.

    Thank you for bringing this your concerns to our attention and I’m sorry that you did not receive a positive experience from the receptionist when attending Hanley Health Centre. The service manager has spoken to the staff member on duty at the time and staffing capacity was reduced at that time; however, this does not excuse the brusqueness of tone with the patient. I can only apologise and will ensure the customer service training is renewed with the member of staff involved.
