   Took a passinger in a taxi to hallwood Park health centre it was an emergency appointment told to wait for him as was disabled and escorted by carer now received a £60 fine appealed the fine the result was sorry car not recognised as except I also sent them evidence of passenger name and appointment picture of taxi licence with taxi plate on it still got to pay fine... Well this is 1 Halton taxi won't be going anywhere near the place again disgracefully
