   Just had the best experience at the surgery. The doctor I saw was empathetic, patient and such a delight to meet. Huge thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me, treat me as an actual person, look me in the eye rather than at the screen and making me feel like I was chatting to a friend rather than an overworked doctor. Huge thank you.
