   Would give zero stars if I could!! My mum waited all day for a phone call that NEVEr happened. Rang the doctors twice to confirm this phone call was happening to be told "you are on the list" yet the call never happened and it's now Friday evening. I know she need antibiotics as I discussed this with a pharmacist (as was getting nowhere with our own GP!!!!) And now it's the weekend and no contact from the surgery. Disgusting behaviour and no excuse to not call someone when been told it would happen today. All I can say is thank God for the helpful and caring pharmacists we have in this village. As for glenfield surgery... SHAMe On YOu All!!!!!!
