   I had equipment to return to the service. I was sent a reminder and a phone call to remind me of the date and time of the uplift. The gentleman who arrived went the extra mile to help put my bed back to the way it was before the equipment was fitted. He was pleasant and courteous. I know I can’t mention him by name but I just wanted to record my thanks for an excellent service.
