I visited this practice with my father beginning of this year and again in September. Something I never expected would happen to an important family member did and we were referred to this practice. Can I just say, what lovely, friendly and attentive staff you have here. Understandably I cannot name team members but I think everyone should know, you will be dealt with in the kindest hands here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking after us and especially my father. It brings me joy to know he has this huge support from one person in particular, who demonstrated what kindness, grace and professionalism really stands for. During our consultation, my emotions got the better of me and I had to be taken outside to calm down and I was treated with so much respect and felt like this person was so understanding with what was going on. Thank you to this one person in particular for reassuring us all, you truly do a remarkable job at what you do and I wish nothing but success in your career. You truly do an amazing job and thank you for everything.
