Poor and negligent. I was sent here by my GP for a Wednesday aftenoon blood test after an emergency appointment so they can have the bloods for tomorrow. This was the last afternoon click I could get to due to time of my emergency appointment. When we arrive we were informed the afternoon blood clinic wasn't on today. We drove half way across Preston to get the bloods done so the GP can treat me ASAP but this clinic didn't even bother to advise everyone that they're not running today although their details are on the local blood register which should have been updated to prevent people being delayed care. It appears to be a relevant issue with this clinic being constantly cancelled and other issues and they should be taken off the blood clinic register.

Made an appointment for a blood test. All well , on time . Called in to see nurse. Had this person previously and my arm was a mess. No greeting. Chose arm to take blood. I've never had a problem before but she gave up on one arm and then used second arm more successfully. Tried to initiate some kind of exchange but without luck. Told brusquely to leave. Got text message a few days later that the blood sample had been sent in the wrong container so I'll have to repeat the test.

I rang regarding my forthcoming TKR removal of staples I was advised to ring on the 4.3.24 as that is when appointments opened for the following week. I rang at 8.10am to be told no appointments at all anywhere !!! The receptionist who works part time has been giving out wrong information. Absolutely not acceptable that I now have to ring on the day hoping to get an emergency appointment but this is not guaranteed. Come on NHS managers this needs to sorted.
