   I visited the physiotherapy department at Flag Court about 6 weeks ago for a much needed cortisone injection after a referral from my own Doctors practice Physiotherapist. I was told by the physiotherapist to contact them should I need a further injection in six weeks time. I phoned the receptionist at Flag Court this morning 14/02 to make a follow up appointment, six weeks after my initial appointment there, to be told by the receptionist that I had to go back to my own Doctors Physiotherapist, who would the refer me back to the Flag Court Physiotherapist. I did mention that the Physiotherapist at Flag Court had said to contact them directly for a follow-up appointment but, but back to the Doctors I will go unless someone with a little bit of common sense should read this and intervene. Soonest please. 🙏
