   I haven't got a bad word to say about the service my partner has received at home. I don't know if I could have got through half of what I have had to deal with so far, caring for my partner who is end of life; if it wasn't for this service being in place. I have had so much support myself too from them when I have urgently needed their assistance during tough times. I do not have enough space in here or even powerful enough words to truly describe how fantastic they all are. Thank you so much and in some ways when he is gone, I will actually miss the home visits to a point as the professional rapport they all build to understand individuals and their carers/loved ones, is exactly what is needed to help them do their job and quickly respond if they know something is out of the ordinary just at their first glance of looking at either the carer or the patient. That enables them to ask direct and probing questions to establish what has happened, or if there is a barrier or issue that they may be able to help with/ease/make a referral for. I don't think I would have had the strength to deal with what I have done, nor be prepared for what's to come (whenever that may be). It is thanks to you all, that I feel confident I can do that and know I am able to draw on the services in place, with calm, dignified and trusting faith in you. I am and will always be forever grateful. This also includes the staff who manage /screen the calls and most definitely the tele-triage too (who helped us when I was totally out of my depth on several occasions)
