Review titled Almost unbelievable
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Richard Brown - Posted on 19 March 2023
My wheelchair broke down this morning. I spoke by telephone to the mobile engineer and within a few hours he turned up at my home and repaired the chair, without any charge. I want to offer thanks for the rapid, friendly and efficient service, and on a Sunday too! I am impressed with such a first class service being free of charge; I understand there is talk of cutting the service: this no doubt appeals to the number- crunchers but I would have been immobilised and isolated but for your help.

Review titled Inaccessible to wheelchair users
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 05 September 2022
Inaccessible to pedestrians who are wheelchair users unless going out onto the road. The bus stop outside the center is inaccessible to wheelchair users. Once inside it is a great building but it's a shame they forgot that people actually have to get there. Unfortunately you are forced to travel on the road next to the pavement to access the site through the vehicle enterance to the carpark as no drop kerbs to allow access to any of the pavements or bus stop outside the site. Incredibly dangerous access which seems ridiculous considering what the site is for.
