   I have been treated so disgustingly by receptionists, they even spoke to a person who rang in on my behalf in a awful manner.They are beyond rude. I have been told medication is at the chemist on numerous occasions, only to go, and it not be there! I have been given the wrong medication on two different occasions this year alone, a higher dose and a completely different medication to the one I was supposed to get, even after asking the Dr to refer to the hospital letter as I wasn't sure of the name of it. Drs constantly hanging up the phone before you have finished, a pattern that happens a lot. They have made mistakes and will never discuss it with you! Even though a telephone call was booked to discuss this,but the call never happened! I have asked numerous times to make a complaint, and no one will tell me where I complain to or give me a form to make such a complaint. Such a shame that a once brilliant surgery has now become a surgery that you try to avoid at all costs! Costing people there health and well-being..Since the the CQC hasn't done a check on this practice and marked it good in 2016 maybe they should consider doing it again.8 years since last being checked? Definitely needs to be checked again!
