Today I have spent 2 and half hours trying to get an appointment for over hour I was 2nd then the rest of time I was 1st place still never answered how is this still running this surgery its a joke think I will be looking for a new doctors

Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. They refused to provide me with their names and refused any assistance for my son as we arrived 10 mins late to our appointment. The staff could clearly see I was distressed and with a child yet they sent me away arguing that they do not have a duty of care towards us. Awful practice, awful reception staff. Will be moving GP because of the rudeness of the reception staff.

I haven’t been able to get an appointment for over 2 months now. When I call up they say it must be made through the app. The app is a robot who decides whether you get to see a doctor or not. Not sure what’s worse a receptionist or a robot.
