    Zero accessibility. Been trying to contact them for days now but far too anxious to speak over the phone. No email, no text service no nothing. It's either call or just don't get help Not everyone can talk over the phone, the fact there's no email in an easy to find place to awful. Upon googling the service, the only thing that comes up is an elft pdf about bpd, not exactly helpful. What would be better is contact information other than a phone number, there's not even an opening hours listed if you did want to phone, you just have to assume.

    Hi there. Can you post here again to tell us which service you are trying to access so that we can look into the points you make. We provide services in East London, Luton and Bedfordshire from over a 100 sites. Or if you could email: elft.communications@nhs.net with further details, we can look into this to help you to get where you need to be ... and improve the information available for the next person!
