    Was referred to the centre for an emergency appointment this Saturday and I was seen by a very nice doctor whose manner was delightful. He explained to me all about my condition in a calm and reassuring way. Although he gave me the simplified explanation I didn't feel as though he was patronising me. He arranged for a precription to be available for collection and gave me clear instructions on how to monitor my condition. My thanks to him for seeing me at short notice.
